If you log into ENGAGE and do not see filters populate in your candidate search, there may be something in your cache holding it up.
**Reminder that ENGAGE works best using the Google Chrome browser. These steps are specifically for clearing cache when using Chrome.
To unclog your cache, please follow these steps:
- Enter the following in your address bar `chrome://settings/siteData`
- There is search bar on the right hand side that says `Search cookies`. In that search box, type `app.engagetalent.com`
- Click the button that says `Remove All Shown`
- Login again
