The help widget appears at the bottom right of your screen. If you click it, it will first attempt to map where you are in the application to Help Center topics. If successful, then it will show suggested topics.
You will also be presented with a search option that you can use to search all help from within the widget. You can read summary of an article matching your search within the window, or click on it to see the full article in the Help Center.
If you can't find the answer you are looking for, click Contact Us to open a ticket. All what is needed is name, email, and short description. This opens a ticket and immediately sends an email to the Customer Success team.
