We are excited to launch the ENGAGE Help Center. If you are reading this, then you found it!! The Help Center was launched with hundreds of articles addressing most of the common questions about the product, the data, best practices, and future roadmap. We will be adding new material daily.
The Help Center is structured in Categories -> Sections -> Articles. It features state of the art semantic text search and "related articles" links.
As part of this launch, you will start seeing a "widget" at the bottom right corner of the screen that you can use to search the Help Center or to open a support ticket.
The background image we used for the Help Center is of Shem Creek outside of Charleston, SC. Our HQ office backs to this beautiful area.
