In addition to the continuous improvements that are released on bi-weekly basis, every quarter we release a major product update.
In Q3'2016, the major release included adding 50m+ new candidates; supporting boolean search; and adding direct phone numbers. In Q4'2016, the "Christmas Release" included the social integration (Linkedin Overlay); revamped candidate profiles layout; this ENGAGE Help Center; and introducing Rich Profiles that include personal email addresses for 25m+ candidates in addition to their social links, skills, and interests.
In Q1'2017, we will be focused on revamping the candidate mining functionality and exposing more insights. We are going to introduce another first in recruiting tools: a new user experience that we are calling "visual search".
Imagine being able to click on actual maps and know exactly how many candidates fit your requirements are located in this area; or how many companies recently filed for bankruptcy within a certain industry in that state. And then being able to visually drill down and dynamically filter your results until you produce your optimal candidate list, look through their detailed profiles by just hovering on their picture, and send them all an email with one click.
We will also release one of the most requested features: the ability to filter and sort by the predictive ENGAGE Score.
